In order to ensure quality service at affordable prices we reserve your specific Metro-Home apartment just for you.  Because of this cancellation penalties do apply. Penalties vary and are described in detail in our Terms and Conditions, which will be presented to you prior to booking.

Our policy is to require payment in full by major credit card at the time of booking. Exceptions may be made for long-term bookings and for bookings made more than three months in advance.
